I am a Wiltshire-based musician, primarily a singer, performing solo and ensemble work, from early music, baroque, oratorio and opera to contemporary classical and more popular styles. I am interested in exploring where music meets other art forms, and committed to giving performances of live music with a diverse range of musicians and instruments. I sang as an interpreter in 2016 for Tino Sehgal's "This is Propaganda" (2002) for the New Tate Modern Opening season, and recorded voice for Leonor Serrano Rivas' "The Dream Follows the Mouth (Of the One Who Interprets It)" (2018), recently exhibited at Centro Botìn, Santander, Spain. I regularly perform Early to 21st Century music with a variety of musicians.. A regular soloist at recitals and choral concerts, I am particularly interested in new music and in working with both emerging and established composers.
